We can deliver anywhere in the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. At the moment we do not have the facility to offer international deliveries through our website, but please do give us a call on 01590 673489 to see if we can help in person.

Delivery Options


Usual Timing

Standard UK Delivery (England including Isle of Wight & Wales only. Excludes Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man).


3- 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Next Day UK Delivery* (England including Isle of Wight & Wales only. Excludes Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man).


Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. (Order by 12pm previous working day Mon-Thurs).

Rest of UK Standard Delivery (Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland).


Usually within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Other Areas Standard Delivery (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands)

You will receive an email to confirm that your delivery has been dispatched.

Please Note:

All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability, delivery location and adverse weather conditions. We hold approximately 11,500 items in stock and have thousands more available to us directly from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund.

All orders placed for delivery anywhere can only be paid for using a UK registered debit or credit card.  

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.  
If you'd like to have items sent to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.  

Orders are accepted at the point of despatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason up to the point of goods being shipped. 


Deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery, you can specify a different delivery address while ordering.


If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email or call 01590 673489.



Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order provided that you notify us in writing no later than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to cancel, follow the procedures below.


If you wish to change or cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched please call us on 01590 673489. Please have your order confirmation number and date the order was placed to hand. We will be happy to cancel or adjust your existing order.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Refunds & Exchange Procedure below.


Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

We regret that we are unable to accept any returns on cut rope, charts. sale items and due to our high safety standards returns on liferafts, lifejackets or buoyancy aids. Should you find these are faulty, please take this up under your manufacturers warranty. We will be happy to assist you with this should you require.

Please mark your parcel with 'Web Returns' so we can deal with your return as quickly as possible.

We also suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a traceable postal service with the appropriate level of compensation, should you be concerned that your parcel maybe lost, or damaged in transit to us.

The goods should not been damaged in any way. The original packaging and tickets must remain intact. We can only offer refunds or exchanges on goods that are in perfect resellable condition.

We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.

All returns of non-faulty products are returned at the customers expense. 

We will refund the price of the item to you or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the returns delivery charge you pay will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

We will refund your original delivery charge and return postage only when a product is faulty or damaged, not when a product is simply unwanted.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
